We went to Missouri Friday evening and stayed through Saturday with some friends. It was a great little day trip and took us through a lot of wide open farm country, it was a really scenic and calm drive.

Shaun and I went to Oklahoma City yesterday to visit his Grandma in the hospital. It was a pretty nice drive and a pretty nice visit. We’re hoping his Grandma will get to go home soon.

I’ve been saving these photos from our road trip last December until they were seasonally appropriate.
I don’t remember the name of this town, in one of the southern states. Somewhere, buried in folders, is a picture I took of the water tower to remind me. I believe the water tower also said this town was famed for its peanuts.
