Word With Photos Challenge #2: October

For this challenge, participants are to take a photo of something related to October & accompany the photo with words. The photo & words can be about autumn or Halloween or something else that you feel encompasses October, whatever inspires.

Here are the rules:

• The photo can be of whatever you like, but it must be taken by you & it must be new. No photos from your archives.

• The words can be in any form: fiction, an essay, a poem, but they must be written by you & they must be new. No quotes from others or words you’ve already written.

• Anyone is welcome to participate. You can participate in any challenge you like, you don’t have to do all of them. You can post your submission wherever you like. If you post on Tumblr, tag it with #bochallenge so we can all peek at each other’s creations.

December Photo Challenge 

The November Bohemea Photo Challenge was so fun that I decided to make one for December! Anyone can participate. Feel free to use the prompts for your personal use or to tag the photos & join groups & share with others.

• Join the bochallenge Flickr group & share your daily images with fellow Flickr members.
• Tag your photos #bochallenge on Tumblr and/or Flickr.
• Keep in mind that the photo submissions should be new photos. The challenge is to use your camera every day.
• Like in November I’ll post a reminder of the prompt on Tumblr every morning & reblog photos from time to time late at night.
• I’ll have alternate prompts for the 24th & 25th for people who don’t celebrate Christmas. Or, if you celebrate on a different day, you can swap prompts with your celebratory day(s).

2. Stack of Books

I am currently rereading (aloud) Harry Potter & The Lord of The Rings (which sounds like a whole nother adventure), to Shaun. No Plot? No Problem! Is helping me slog through nanowrimo (current word count at this moment? 3045, but I hope to get to 4000 before the day is out) and the Illustrated Jane Eyre lives near my bed because I might, at any moment, decide to reread it for comfort.

I am pumped, pumped I tell you! Since I’m taking daily photos anyway, I’m hoping this challenge will help keep me creative while I’m slogging through NaNoWriMo. I am also super excited because it’s a lovely list. Love!
