Here’s another thing that keeps happening as I meander through folders cleaning stuff up. Edit all the things 7 different ways! In other news, I have deleted somewhere in the vicinity of 150gb of photos in the past two days.

When going through photos on flickr to make a set of my favorite self portraits, I picked this one, though. I never know one day to the next what I’m going to like or how I’m going to edit something.

Official Happy Halloween from me and mine to you and yours!
I hate uploading things like this after Halloween, so I spent more time than I should have this morning uploading our weekend photos and now I have to organize the rest of my holiday. While Shaun is out busting ghosts (and teaching maths) I need to bake cupcakes, clean the kitchen, vacuum, decorate outdoors with the last little details (those things I am loathe to leave to the elements the rest of the month) and set up the nights activities. Pumpkin carving, spooky but child-friendly movies, halloween themed puzzles, cupcakes, coloring books, pizza and porch-sitting fortune telling while I hand out the treats at my place tonight with family.
Our pumpkins! Mine is a star vampire, light on the cthulhu mythos, and Shaun’s was inspired by the kickin’ jacks in the Sleepy Hollow movie.
